We offer free shipping on orders valued over $45.00 to addresses delivered within the U.S. No codes are needed it will automatically trigger once the threshold is reached.

Shipping Carriers
For orders where you pay for shipping, you have the choice to choose between UPS and USPS for your carrier. Rates are carrier calculated based on the total weight of your order.

Lost or Damaged Order?
Please message us with your order number immediately if your item is marked as lost or has arrived damaged. We will review your request and upon approval, will replace it at no cost.

How long does it take to process my order?
Our current order processing time is 2 to 5 days.
Verse-by-Verse notebooks are made-to-order. Stickers and bookmarks have stock readily available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and Europe.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, all order are shipped via methods that provide tracking. Once your order processing has been completed and a label has been prepared, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Return FAQs
How long do I have to request a return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that
you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip or proof of purchase.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, you can contact by completing the form below or on our contact us page. Please include your order number when submitting the request. We will review your request and share the next steps if a return is warranted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and
inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.
